Executive rental figures boom
Our executive office has enjoyed an overwhelming success during the summer months, in under 120 working days we have let just over 100 properties to tenants.
Whilst we are used to these key months being busy for us we were not expecting to achieve such a high amount of lets, it’s a real positive sign as the majority of the press still seems to be focusing on the negative side of the property industry whilst we continue month on month to focus on the highs of property rentals.
Our landlords are all pleased to have new tenants & we’ve enjoyed the challenge of exceeding our own expectations. We are looking forward to the Autumn months now & will shortly be focusing our efforts on those clients looking to secure a new home for the beginning of 2010.
