Maintenance

At Let Wise we pride ourselves in our high quality workmanship, together with a fast and reliable workforce. We offer a comprehensive range of services from bleeding a radiator to full refurbishment of derelict houses.

We provide an in house maintenance service for our managed properties, in order to avoid any compensation issues that could escalate due to non-performance of maintenance. We have effective procedures in place when dealing with tenant problems, in order to eliminate any re-occurring problems that may arise. We have a range of specialists to choose from, whether the job requires a qualified electrician or a ‘gas safe’ certified engineer, Let Wise has it all.

If you are a Tenant that is experiencing a maintenance fault, please qualify responsibility before contacting the office.

Upon qualifying your maintenance problem, please follow the instructions below.





Please remember to give specific details of the problem, e.g. “shower broken” doesn’t give enough detail, is water coming out of the shower? Is it hot? Is the shower head broken? Please also remember to specify which room the maintenance request is for. This request goes straight to the maintenance department and you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail, along with a call to arrange access.

What is an Emergency ?

It is our view that an emergency situation is when the incident is dangerous, life threatening or may result in personal injury or public liability claim or serious deterioration of the property.

If you have an emergency situation, e.g. water coming through the ceiling, please contact the Emergency helpline for immediate action.
